Notes

Task the Goons are needed for:

Stray Dogs

The Stray Dogs task requires you to eliminate all members of The Goons: Knight, Big Pipe, and Birdeye.

Other info:

- On PVE (solo) the Goons do not rotate and just use the spawn % like any other boss.

- Killing the Goons as a scav does not result in penalties towards your Scav karma.

- Birdeye's footsteps do not make any sound, sneaky...

- Killing all three Goon members in one raid gives you the common achievement: Now There Are Three of Them!

Tips for Fighting the Goons

All Maps

To find them:
At the start of the raid use a SJ6 stim and run towards their spawn locations then use nades (doesn't matter what kind) to get sound queues.
If you can't hear them just reset.

Fighting them:
Don't fight them in the open, overtuned AI tends to win... Luckily the Goons are an aggressive bunch and tend to push.
As before use nades or a quick shot to get them aggrod to you, it's especially the easiest to kill them when they're in their running animation.
Knight tends to push first and then Big pipe, Birdeye can be tricky since his footsteps doesn't make any sounds but he still voicelines when you nade close to him. Bring a big mag incase two or more push you at the same time, of course good pen ammo as well.
